I scheduled an appointment back in August and could not get in until November due to being a new patient. When I arrived for my appointment they told me it had been cancelled back in September and they had sent me a letter, which I never received. When I asked if they call patients when they cancel appointments I was told if it is that far out from the appointment they just send a letter. Dr. Distel is the best.
Dr. Distel always takes the time to listen and explain things very well. I believe she genuinely cares for her patients. The office staff are all so nice. I also appreciate that the girls that draw blood are well trained and it doesn't hurt. Gentle, kind, caring and knowledgeable all describe Dr. Distel and her staff.
