When this group was owned operated by the doctors, it was really terrible. Everything you read from other reviewers was pretty much true. As Advent has taken over, things get better and better. Staff is much more professional. When I'm told follow-up calls will be made, i i actually get follow-up calls. One mistake was made in dealing with pharmacy, it was fixed immediately. Under old regime, would have taken a month. I'm very happy with group now. I see Amanda Chissell and she knows her stuff! And she's very kind and caring... read more
