Dr Zilberman is a respectful, hardworking and caring professional. She treated my mom long term stomach issue. While my mom has stage 4 cancer, she responded urgent requests, shared with us her cell phone and suggested a caring team for us. Her caring and support are essential to people like us. A heartful thanks go to her and hope her the best.
The way she looked at me made me feel ashamed. I don’t feel I was respected. I don’t trust her decisions. And she explained procedures pretty well, but attitude is bad. The obgyns in a communist country even much better than her on how to respect patients professionally
Go somewhere else. Messed up placement of voice prothesis. Also terrible attitude and bedside manner. Extremely disappointed
Every step of the way with her and her team was fantastic. The surgical procedure I had has improved numerous facets of my life and she did an amazing job making me well-informed. Even with immense familial history with anesthesia, the anesthesiologist took great care and made me comfortable. Incredibly glad to have chosen Dr. Shah and her team.

Fantastic physician who put our very young child at ease in an emergent situation while also educating mom and dad. We were referred to Dr. Thieu from another physician last minute. All I can say is great doctors know great doctors!
Dr O’Leary is the absolute best ENT MD anyone would want if needed. She is compassionate, listens respectfully, skilled clinician and surgeon. Thankfully she is in Boston at Tufts Medical Center!
I’m traveling to a whole bunch of places this summer. She gave me a whole packet detailing all the risk information I needed to know and went through the highlights with me. Very nice and did a great job
I saw all the good reviews and her YouTube videos and had high high hopes she would be able to help me and she didn’t even try. Took 3 seconds and told me to gargle with salt. I’ve had severe throat pain for 8 months. Can’t swallow and my neck is swollen to even look at but gargle with salt? I have heavy breathing which is the worst part. So I saw a pulmonary doctor and checked lungs and ran tests I was perfect there.
