I had a different appointment that ranover, got lost and was late to Ruch Clinic, I called acknowledging how late it was and was willing to reschedule. They were very gracious and were still able to see me same day.
Disappointed in service. My appointment was at 10:40. I got sick and was 9 minutes late and I was told I had to reschedule. Took off from work and paid a driver since I wasn’t feeling well. Really expected more sympathy from a physician. Will never recommend her to anyone.
I love Dr. Bishop .. out of all the surgeries I’ve had in my life even MAJOR surgeries … NO Doctor has ever called to check in on me “themselves” after a surgery, they always send there nurses or front staff to do the calling or majority never reach out at all and i understand Doctors can be busy BUT I can honestly say Dr. Bishop called to check on me HERSELF the same day I had my surgery later that evening to check in on me to see how was I feeling or did I have any concerns or questions .. that’s a plus!!!
