Dr. Malone and Virginia (Ginger) are incredible. I am very anxious and have lots of concerns and they take time out of their busy schedules & lots of patients to really listen to me and my concerns. I’ve had lots of experiences where Dr’s invalidated or reacted poorly, but these two providers have never failed to make me feel heard & seen!
I have been going here for years. I am a very anxious person when it comes to my health and medical things. They have always been patient and understanding as well as not judgmental at all. I always feel safe with them and it’s all women in the office. It feels welcoming and very knowledgeable on what they are doing.

I found Dr Engbretson to be warm and friendly, yet extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable; like he was really interested in helping me get better. He listened. Highly recommend and will return if needed.
Been going here 3 years, and was told today I couldn't be seen anymore after today because my secondary insurance is TennCare...although my primary is Aetna. That's weird since they been billing my any outstanding balances i have. The nurse practitioner was awesome though!
