I actually had my appt with Dr. Shah who's in the same suite. She was very pleasant and kind and answered all the questions I had. I was a little nervous walking in because the waiting room was full and I had to be at work at a certain time but I was in and out within an hour.

Dr. Brannen has been my OB for almost 10 years and I love her so much. She’s such a sweet person and has wonderful bedside manners. I wouldn’t want anyone else! The staff is super friendly and professional. She was incredible my entire pregnancy, answered all of my questions and concerns.

Sadly, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from your staff while attempting to book a new patient appointment. The staff member (Alyssa) I interacted with was rude and inconsiderate, which made the experience unpleasant and frustrating. As a potential new patient, I hoped to be treated with some courtesy. I scheduled an appointment back in the beginning of October with Dr. Brannon because I had been bleeding for around 50 days straight at the time. I told them I had the birth control implant for about 2.5 years, so they were like yeah we'll replace it. We'll call you in about two weeks when it arrives. Two and a half weeks go by and I call them and I got a very short answer rude response basically saying they'd call me.
