I was a patient at Women Partners a few years ago but I was talking to someone about my experiences again today and realized I’m finally able to leave a truthful but not angry review. I had heard great things about Dr. Brannen, but my experience with her was horrendous. She knew my history with eating disorders. She knew my health conditions. Dr. Brannen was the on call OB for the delivery of my son last year and she was wonderful! She calmed my nerves and was incredible throughout the whole process. I’m grateful for her expertise and empathy during such an intense moment in my life. Would highly recommend!
I actually had my appt with Dr. Shah who's in the same suite. She was very pleasant and kind and answered all the questions I had. I was a little nervous walking in because the waiting room was full and I had to be at work at a certain time but I was in and out within an hour.
Dr. Brannen has been my OB for almost 10 years and I love her so much. She’s such a sweet person and has wonderful bedside manners. I wouldn’t want anyone else! The staff is super friendly and professional. She was incredible my entire pregnancy, answered all of my questions and concerns.
Sadly, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from your staff while attempting to book a new patient appointment. The staff member (Alyssa) I interacted with was rude and inconsiderate, which made the experience unpleasant and frustrating. As a potential new patient, I hoped to be treated with some courtesy.
