I'm not impressed with Dr. Bilbruck. I got a call from her nurse Jess, telling me to up my thyroid medicine for 2 twice a day to 2 3 times a day. I am now out of my medication. She wrote a prescription but it was for the old amount. My pharmacist has called and I called this morning. I have yet to hear back from her. This is not anything new. It could take her a week to get back with me. Not sure what will happen if I go off this med cold turkey. I also have to come in if I need paperwork filled out, I also have to come In t... read more
I absolutely love Doctor Bilbruck! She is the first doctor (out of several) that I felt actually takes the time to listen. It's clear that she really cares about how I'm doing. She goes above and beyond to make sure other doctors get the right information to help me as well. And she isn't trying to run you out of the office. She takes time with me. Her nurses are also amazing! I would and HAVE recommend her to others; without hesitation!
My mom had an appointment at 315. We did not get called back until after 420. We have been in the room waiting since and still have not seen the doctor. It's now 530 and still waiting. This is freaking ridiculous
