Absolutely horrible service...made an appt in July of 2015. This appt was scheduled 3 weeks prior. Went in for what I thought was my "scheduled" appt. Receptionist informed me that I was not scheduled/on the schedule to be seen, they supposedly had no knowledge of who I was! I was told to have a seat in the waiting room and they would "try" and get me in.. Waited for better than an hour to be seen. No one offered an apology on this occasion..
