Thought was wonderful till I needed real help found out all because I had a drug problem in my teens there was a Sundance use warning put in my chart I couldn't see but other Drs could as well as at least 4 instances of Other long term (current) drug therapy in my charts they could see I couldn't till an app I downloaded pulled there records and told me.
