On the morning of the scheduled surgery at Westlake, we were informed that the anesthesiologist had determined that my mother was not fit for surgery. His explanation was that her protein levels were low and we were told to follow up with her primary care physician and reschedule surgery at the main campus. Don't trust the website! Hours are different than those shown we went to get Xrays on Saturday morning and they were closed! Website showed they supposed to be open until 1:00pm.
Betsy Garratt lacks in patience & has a cold bedside manner. I only saw her because I was referred to her by my primary care doctor. She didn't offer a solution or any recommendations for my condition.
Great doc. The one star reviews sound unhinged I have seen her for years and have had the best care.
Very disappointed with the overall experience with Breanna and her staff. All she wound up doing was sending me to get hip injections which I already had a source for. It was a waste of 6 weeks of my time. Never heard from her after our initial meeting. Back to square one!
First of all Dr Kumar is a great Doctor he’s been my Doctor for 16 years very nice man,but his billing department is terrible I send in payment with my credit card number to pay my bill and 3 weeks later I get a bill that says final notice I think they have a new system now that don’t seem to work very well because in the past I would receive a bill and pay it and that was that but now I may have to stop seeing her because it’s crazy now.
Please AVOID this office! Here is my experience: I was a new patient scheduled to see Dr Kumar. When I first arrived, I heard Nam Kumar(Dr Kumar’s relative? Wife? Also Physician assistant??) tell the receptionist to call patients and demand they pay over the phone. It was very off putting. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Chen. If you have a disagreement with services his practice will send you a certified letter dismissing you from his practice. A patient has a right to disagree, but they do not care about your thoughts and concerns and only believe that they are correct.
I recently saw this doctor who has been my PCP for 10+ yrs. At the conclusion of my visit I was told by the doctor that "He was cancelling our doctor/patient relationship" due to my not adhering to the rules concerning prescription medications I have been receiving and that he felt it was best at this time if we part ways.
