I miss the old management. I had been a faithful client of Dr Lassie for at least 10 years. I never experience such unprofessionalism until I came back and seen that they were under a new management. Instead of them greeting me the receptionists gave me a rude and dirty looks instead of greeting me upon walking in for my appointment. The one lady was actually talking about calling off on Thursday and Friday and it is certain conversation you don’t want your customers to here.
