I refuse to go back to this office! Desk attendant Stacy is rude and does not show care for the patient. Also Dr. Lasseter has literally laughed at the afib heart problems that has occurred by the wrong dosage given to me. And when I called several times to speak to him or a manager it took over a month for the doctor to call me back and to laugh and mock me about my heart going haywire is not something that even sounds funny to even laugh at. Maybe it's time to retire! And find a new desk attendant! I fear someone else migh... read more

Always pleasant nice people. I have no complaints.
Waited six weeks for an appointment. My doctor sent a referral and the office didn’t call me after three weeks. Doctors office called them and they had the referral but just had not got around to it yet. Doctors office made my appointment and called me to let me. Six weeks later my appointment was set for March 22, at 9:45. Today they finally reached out to me to remind me my appointment is March 21 at 9:00. Unbelievable! I can’t do the 21st.
