Reading all of the great reviews and i’m wondering if my experience would have been different had I done in person visits vs virtual visit? Either way if I could give the staff 0 stars and Dr. Barlow 5, I would. Here was my personal experience and reason for my rating. From my initial call to make an appointment the receptionist answered the phone seemingly annoyed. Greeting was “Dr. Barlow” That’s it, that’s all. I proceeded to request an appointment. This is definitely a five star professional business! Dr. Barlow and staff are beyond caring, supportive and attentive to the well being of your mental health. Upon arriving for my first visit the waiting room was very calming, clean and inviting! Whew, but when I got to Dr. Barlow's office, I completely melted! It was if I was walking into a room at my house! Her office makes you feel relaxed and soothes your mind to where you would talk to Dr. Barlow like you've always known her!! Waiting room is relaxing and very calming! The music playing in the background is so soothing. Service is amazing, as always, and people here are very kind. Neuro-feedback is super helpful for my ADHD brain, and the Hydrochair feels AMAZING. Better than any massage I have ever felt in my life time! Dr. Barlow is so sweet and caring, and she listens very well. 5 stars for me!
My 15yr old daughter and I love coming into Dr. Barlow's office. From the friendly office staff, calming music and waterfall sounds in the waiting room. Once you're in the back you have to try the Neuro feedback(we call brain train), hydro water therapy(water chair). Dr Barlow herself is amazing with her natural and claming approach to mental health.. if you are looking for a mental health clinician for you, or your family, then Dr Barlow is the way to go
