Dr. Robins seemed professional and kind upon our meeting him. Appeared to have a good plan of care in place and one that we were in agreement with that particular day. That being said, he made no attempt to follow-up in the ER and/or by phone whatsoever as he had said he would. This was at Mercy in Rogers. Nurses were extremely kind & compassionate. At the Mercy ER in Springdale. He came in and without ever asking me any questions, other than a semi question/snide comment that I had been called in antibiotics so why was I at the ER for an abscessed tooth. I had had a video visit with a certified physicians assistant and he instructed me to go to the ER and have a CT to make sure I didn’t have an abscess that needed to be surgically drained. This is a terrible Doctor. Let my husband suffer for 3 hours in ER with no pain medication or care. Only after I contacted out GP did he receive any attention. Provided ipoor quality of care. Discharged my husband with a large kidney stone lodged in the juncture of his bladder and kidney. Resulted in tremendous pain and subsequent admission to hospital and surgical removal.
