I adore Dr. Stephenson. He has always listened to my concerns and made me feel heard.
Never in my life have I ever witnessed such rude and uncalled for unprofessional attitude when trying to schedule an appointment as a first time patient. Whoever is working the phones today (2/16/24), should be fired! I know for a fact that she would never speak that way if the doctor were standing over her shoulder. I really felt like a contestant on a hidden camera episode. Like,there is no way that professionals actually talk to inquiring patients with such hostility, rudeness, and lack of concern. I saw Dr. Stephenson for an extended period for post concussion syndrome and complex migraines. I found him to be professional, compassionate, very easy to develop a rapport with. I never had any issue whatsoever with Dr. Stephenson or the staff. I was always treated in a professional and caring manner. The negative review someone wrote regarding being denied an appointment is because there are far too few neurologists in the area where he practices and there are only so many hours in a day so only people that have been scre... read more
