Wow - How do doctors stay in business with such callous disregard for people's schedules? We arrived 10 minutes early; more than 1 hour after the scheduled appointment, the doctor was still not available. The two ladies that tended the front office offered indifferent apologies. We asked why they did not call us ahead of time to let us know that the doctor was running so far behind and were told that they did not have our phone number. I adore Dr. Stephenson. He has always listened to my concerns and made me feel heard.
Never in my life have I ever witnessed such rude and uncalled for unprofessional attitude when trying to schedule an appointment as a first time patient. Whoever is working the phones today (2/16/24), should be fired! I know for a fact that she would never speak that way if the doctor were standing over her shoulder. I really felt like a contestant on a hidden camera episode. Like,there is no way that professionals actually talk to inquiring patients with such hostility, rudeness, and lack of concern.
