Peaceful atmosphere and relaxed. Dr. Swartz is my kids dr and she seemed happier at her new place and Dr. Ruffin was polite and I felt welcomed.
I wish I could give negative stars but one is the lowest it will go. I was a patient for 3+ years. Everything started off ok. Then I had covid. I developed breathing issues. He chalked it up to covid and told me it settled in my sinuses. Surprise! I had a deviated septum, air in 4 turbines and a 2 mm bone spur. It didnt have a thing to do with covid. I had surgery and I feel MUCH better now. No thanks to doc Ruffin, who neglected to send me to an ENT for further diagnostics. Then I figured out he was over charging me. Took m... read more

So understanding! My oldest loves him! Great Dr. will continue bringing my family. Gotten referrals when needed . Honestly I don’t feel comfortable with to many drs but he explains everything , you can ask questions and not feel rushed along
