I am sure a few people have had good experience here. Mine was awful. Dr abe balsamo promised a follow on friday and canceled my appointment twice. Worst experience at a doctors office. He directly lied to me and would not own up to it.

Thee WORST customer service I have EVER experienced from DAY ONE,after attempting to go here for a 2nd opinion, in any Drs office in my life. I went running back to El Centro and am sO glad I did. El Centro staff shared with me that so so many people leave family practice for their clinic and I can see why. I’m on Medicaid and for the first time after going thru 14 surgeries in 2 years, I have a bill from an office that doesn’t even have a billing dept and when you call for billing you get a moody, rude, over speaking, assum... read more
The staff is super helpful and professional. I'm happy to go there whenever I have a need for medical attention. The patient portal is well attended so I can get answers to my questions pretty quickly without another appointment.
