I had an appointment to g Have my hearing re-evaluated due to difficulty hearing in certain situations. The appointment was originally for 10:30 but the office girl called and asked me to move it to 1:30 which I agreed to do. I sat in my car at the office- because the door was locked- from 1:15 until 1:50. Then I left. I left a message but so far no one has called back. I will be going elsewhere.
