The Veternarians and technicians were outstanding in diagnosing my 19-year old cat's very serious urinary problem as hemorragic cystitis. They were responsive, professional and clear in explainations, and gentle with my pet. Dr. Polk gave me the right meds, food, even packets of friendly bacteria like you find in yogurt to counteract all the antibiotics she'd been taking.
