12 years ago I met Dr. Hoover and at first I thought he was grumpy but after I started seeing him more often I realized he's actually a really amazing person and a great doctor, we bonded over liking the same genre of books and movies. He saved my life, I had a punctured cribiform plate from a bad sinus surgery and my brain mushroomed into my sinus cavity, Dr. Hoover consulted doctors all around the world and came up with a plan that literally saved my life.
