my husband, in need of his medication which was called in incorrectly at the Publix. He has been suffering from my headache, but the staff refused to call it in. They will not answer the phone for my husband nor for Publix they have tried to correct the medication, but to no avail my husband is a disabled veteran who will sit there by the veteran administration.

Bad customer service. Rude. Do not waste your time giving your business to this doctor. We were taking our elderly mother there for treatment but she missed an appointment and a rescheduled because she was hospitalized. We called and notified the front desk accordingly. When we called back a few days after our mother was released from the hospital, we found out our mom had been banned from this doctor’s practice because failure to keep her appointments. Really??!!!
