I do not know where to begin sharing my appreciation for Dr. Lara. She has completely turned my life around. I met her when I was in a very dark place in life. I was lucky enough to have found Dr. Lara Davis a few years ago. To say I am thankful is truly an understatement. For someone who was majorly introverted and had a fear of being open with emotions, naturally it wasn’t easy to be committed to talking through life with a stranger. I found Dr Davis doing a simple Google search for “therapists” around my area and I’m so glad I found her. I liked that she had reviews (many therapists don’t have reviews so it makes it difficult to reach out to the unknown) and I loved her website. The website has all the info you need, specially if you are new to therapy like I was. My sessions have helped me tremendously to overcome a lot of the struggles I was facing (anxiety/grief).
