I visited the office for the first time and had to wait a little while. I’ll admit, I was pretty impatient because I had a newborn at home and kept asking them to hurry. The staff handled my complaining with a lot of patience and ended up seeing me sooner, which I really appreciated. A manager did gently remind me afterward that they squeezed me in and next time I should bring the baby with me—fair point, totally my mistake!
