Doctor is very busy may need to schedule with nurse practitioner
If I could give this doctor 10 stars I would. My mother needed refills on her medications, although he was on vacation he called me not once but twice to discuss which medications she needed and also to inform me her prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. Dr. Wallace go above and beyond for his patients. Thank you Dr. Wallace for taking time to not only speak to me on the phone, but handling my mother needs expeditiously.
If I schedule a appointment for 11:45 and it is now 12:10 still have not been seen but got the nerve to have a no show or cancellation policy ! They don’t have a policy when they don’t get people in for there appointment on time this is ridiculous so my time don’t matter
