Fantastic Doctor. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Pickard can be nice, but combined with an ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENT STAFF, renders a very POOR SERVICE, affecting patients. Even LAB TESTS WITH ALARMING RESULTS ARE NEGLECTED. Calls and emails get no results. In the 3, 4 visits, it has always happened. The norm is that if lab results are bad, they have to call you immediately, but I had to “fight” to get the results, and only after 2 MONTHS, they finally issued the results on the portal, but if it was me, who noticed the results were ABNORMAL, not that office.
