The best thing we did for my dad, was leave the “care” of this doctor. From start to finish, this could not have been a worse experience. His staff are rude, he was over an hour late for the appointment, didn’t even acknowledge that he was so late, and walked in on his phone. He continued to type on his phone for more than a minute before even looking at us. He missed seizure activity in the EEG, told us our questions and ideas were “terrible” and spent 50% of the visit complaining about Medicare reimbursement rates. He spea... read more
Horrible communication skills. He kept asking me if i was sure ibwas experience what i was experiencing. I was so shocked. The office staff is dismissive and rude and so is Mr. Lance Lee. I left in tears and unheard. When i went back it was equally uncomfortable. My condition got worse and nothing was done about it. I had no choice but to find another Neuro and im so glad i did. Left several voicemails and got told several times to hold the line while busy, but I was never able to book an appointment.
ZERO STARS ... stay away unless you like being treated like garbage ... bad medicine, bad practice ... horrible office staff ... impossible to get a hold of ... tell any doctor who refers you to this office that you need a better referral ... STAY AWAY from this MESS ... heed my warning and you will avoid a lot of frustration........ you are kindly welcome.
I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Lee, and I was also his patient after a bad head injury. He is very professional and thorough in his patients care. I have seen this with his interaction with patients and with me.
