Dr. Lance Kim has been my Neurologist for years! I can honestly say that he is without a doubt or any hesitation, absolutely the BEST Doctor EVER! Having an MRI office onsite, well that’s just another PLUS of having such a great Doctor. All of the staff at Florida Neurological Center in Ocala, Florida are always so super friendly, caring, helpful and AWESOME-if its just for a simple follow up or a Sleep Study. My sister was admitted for sleep Study . Office personnel not prepared inept to care for an emergency. Was notified in AM that my sister was non verbal and couldn’t walk.( they didn’t know how long cause morning shift just arrived.) No vitals were taken, technician reported didn’t even have a thermometer . no phone call for An emergency. Everyone knows 911 , stroke alert is vital ASAP. My sister is now in hospital intubated. Prayers
If I could give Zero stars I would!! This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever stepped foot in!! They NEVER answer the phone, they give you an email to contact them which they never answer! Whether VM or email you receive a message saying you will hear from them in 24-48 hours but you never do! They make you pay for expensive testing that you didn’t need and then never tell you the results!
