This place is a joke took me about 40 times to get someone to call me back .. the office manager is a rude lady!! And all of sudden I’ve been deactivated from the system.
You can never speak to the front desk for questions or change an appointment
Warning do not come here !!! Do not come to this man! He has no bed side manners at all! He doesn’t care what is wrong with you, he rushes you out of the office as fast as he can, As soon as you start telling him about your symptoms, he stops caring. I recently had an ultrasound at the office of Dr. Lance Kim and was very disappointed with the level of care. The technician was visibly angry and impatient when I didn’t immediately understand his instructions. Instead of clarifying, he became hostile, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during an already sensitive procedure. Professionalism and empathy are missing here. Dr. Kim was awesome. He cut to the chase & takes care the problem nobody else was capable of in the past. He is also very friendly & professional & truly cares for his patients
