Dr. Lance Daniel saved my vision on a HOLIDAY Weekend. I used a recalled eye drop I bought at Walmart and Dr. Daniel knew just what to do to treat my eyes in an emergency situation. He went the extra mile because he was extremely busy and took time to work me in and treat me. If he hadn't of cared and took the time I could have lost my vision. Thank you so much for your help in this scary situation. I appreciate you. ALSO he was really fast at finding a solution and getting medicine sent over to pharmacy.
Website showed they accept my insurance. When I arrived they told me they don't accept my insurance and that this happens a lot. I was told that glasses would be covered but the exam and contacts would not- my appointment was an eye exam for contacts... I would have expected a phone call since this seemed to be a common problem. I took off work for this.
My first and only trip for my wife and I to Dr Lance was for my contacts and her glasses. He gave me trial set of bifocal contacts, the wouldn't fit and I could not see and lost the left lense within 3 days. When I called to see about a prescription/change and get lense replacement I was told that I had a balance for additional services that need paid before I could get replacement. I called... Upon arriving for our first eye exams with Dr. Daniel, we were given the standard new patient paperwork to complete and asked for our eye insurance cards (normal). We were then asked for our medical cards (?) We each received the standard, everyday 10 minute eye exams for which I paid the $10 copay for each of us required by our insurance. Dr Daniel even told the receptionist that we both just had standard exams. We received RX for new glasses if we chose to get some.
