The office staff is unresponsive, when responding, they're rude borderline abusive. Over and over again over 10 years, my 85 year old mother was left with refills not called in, rude receptionists, and offensive and unkind office staff. I had to intervene and thankfully, found another practice. Sad because Dr. Bernstein was lovely a smart. Literally never had a worse experience with any medical practice in last 40 years.
Dr. Bernstein is thorough, highly skilled and empathetic. She doesn't leave any stone unturned and offers solutions to the most challenging problems. She's also a skilled "injector" if you need steroid injections. She treated my eight trigger fingers with success.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bernstein to anyone. She took on my difficult case after another rheumatologist took a pass because I suspect that my case was atypical. Dr B is not only smart and methodical but also empathetic and has exceeded my expectations. She is a true advocate for her patients and greatly appreciated by this one.
