I wasted a month trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bernstein. My primary doctor sent a referral, but the fax number listed on the website was outdated and incorrect. I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Bernstein regarding a very serious onset of neurological issues that I needed co-management with rheumatology for. Dr. Bernstein questioned the neurologists diagnosis but ran no differential/follow up tests to confirm her suspicion despite saying she would once she conferred with the neurologist. I have not heard a word from her or her office despite multiple messages through the portal asking for the plan forward with testing. Incredibly disheartening and disappointing.

The office staff is unresponsive, when responding, they're rude borderline abusive. Over and over again over 10 years, my 85 year old mother was left with refills not called in, rude receptionists, and offensive and unkind office staff. I had to intervene and thankfully, found another practice. Sad because Dr. Bernstein was lovely a smart. Literally never had a worse experience with any medical practice in last 40 years.

Dr. Bernstein is thorough, highly skilled and empathetic. She doesn't leave any stone unturned and offers solutions to the most challenging problems. She's also a skilled "injector" if you need steroid injections. She treated my eight trigger fingers with success.
