After a week of a really bad ear infection I made an appointment at the oaks location, one of many. The staff was great. I was diagnosed quickly and provided with a bit of immediate relief. Prescribed medication that provided relief from the first day. Before leaving the office, I was already scheduled for a follow-up and they even went the extra mile to make my follow-up at a closer location to my home. I didn't mind the drive, the help and relief was worth the trip and the care was top rate! 10/10
Dr. Patitucci is a pleasure to work with. I've been her patient for about 10 years. She's patient, caring and thorough. I'd highly recommend her for ENT issues.
