Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor lama alsamara was extremely disappointing. I felt that I was not treated with the respect and care every patient deserves. He gave me very little time during the consultation and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. What was most hurtful is that he made a clearly racist remark, saying: “You Arabs never respect appointments.” Such a comment is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. I have been dealing with this clinic for 5 years. This is the first time I feel this bad feeling from a doctor. She is Dr. Janet S Han. I was asking her some questions that she as a doctor should answer me in a good way because I do not know the answer. However, she was laughing lightly at my questions and made me feel bad.
