Dr Lama is very genuine ,caring and kind doctor. She has been our family doctor for years and we’ve always had a great experience with her.
Dr. Lama is everything you want in a primary care doctor, thorough, attentive, and genuinely kind. She takes the time to listen, asks the right questions, and makes you feel like your health is her top priority. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she always explains things in a clear, relatable way. Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor lama alsamara was extremely disappointing. I felt that I was not treated with the respect and care every patient deserves. He gave me very little time during the consultation and spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. What was most hurtful is that he made a clearly racist remark, saying: “You Arabs never respect appointments.” Such a comment is completely unacceptable and discriminatory.
