I’m not understanding why nobody ever answers the phone.
I’m so upset with this office! I am a registered nurse, and my daughter in law has an abnormal breast exam, plus her biopsy is abnormal and the doctor has the results but she has not called nor does the office answer their messages! This can be a case of life or death and I would hate to think that they treat people this way because of their cultural or ethnic background! Horrible service and no regard for your time.
I always see the physicians assistant. She is the kindest caring person I've ever met. My sister recently died n I couldn't even talk wen I came in the office about my diabetes. She took time n made sure I was ok before I left. I seriously love this lady. I was a Complete mess. I'm more than glad that I went there on that Tuesday.
