I had a very disappointing experience with this pathology lab\. I gave my sample yesterday and was clearly informed that the report would be available today, 19 August\. When I tried calling to check the status, my call was not answered and I received no proper update\. What is even more disappointing is that, after enquiring with other laboratories, I found that they offer **lower prices and faster turnaround times**\.
