I’ve been using Dr Lal PathLabs for the past 3 years and my experience has been consistently great. Their home sample collection is very convenient and always on time. Reports are usually delivered the same day, which is really helpful. The results have been accurate and reliable, and the pricing is also very reasonable compared to others. Overall, a hassle-free and trustworthy service, I would definitely recommend them.
Lab services are good..but there is no co ordination between the call centres and labs..I had booked blood test package for 2 persons by calling centre online number.the person on call told me that the 2nd booking will get 25percent discount and the home collection charges are waved off..next day morning when the phlebo came he charged us full amount for both persons.he says home collection charges are added and u need to pay the full amount..I paid and sent him..I raised request online and no one is bothered to resolve the ... read more
