Good technicians and very quick services. Came to my home within 10 mins of booking.
Extremely poor and unacceptable service from Lal Path Labs. The sample collection was scheduled for 8:00 AM, yet the representative had not even reached by 8:20 AM and was still calling to ask for my location. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, planning, and respect for patients’ time. If basic punctuality and coordination cannot be maintained, it raises serious concerns about the overall quality of service. Absolutely disappointing experience — would not recommend.
I would confidently recommend Dr Lal PathLabs to friends and family for trustworthy diagnostic services.
