Very disappointed with the speed at which these labs cater to the patients . Booked a lipid profile for my dad and as a doctor myself i know it hardly takes 3 hours in most labs ... Sorry to say this will be my last time getting tests done at lal path labs
Disappointing hygiene issues at a hospital/lab facility I have been a frequent customer at this Dr. Lal PathLabs branch in BTM 2nd Stage, but my visit today was highly disappointing. The testing room was filled with mosquitoes, and the walls looked visibly dirty. While I appreciate that the staff acted immediately when I pointed it out, this level of poor hygiene is completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility where people come for health checkups. I hope management takes permanent measures to keep the premises sterile ... read more

This branch is full of mosquitoes biting to patients it looks like after reaching here again we have to come for blood test for malaria, service from employees are good, it is located in prime commercial location this branch needs to be improve much with all facilities
