I can't comment particularly on that. But they're the most unprofessional person,Not at all. I would suggest do not go by the brand name. We actually did that. We thought Pathlabs being so renowned is going to serve us better. But the truth is it's not. We are waiting for reports since more than 24 hours, when they had promised it would be less than 12 hours to get the reports .
