I submitted my samples and was promised the report by 9 AM the next day. No report at 12 PM. When I called, I was told 3 PM. At 3 PM I called again and was told 5:30 PM, and the testing hadn't even started yet. Every time I called, a different person gave me a different answer. Nobody knows what's going on, and nobody takes ownership. There's no way to escalate to a supervisor, and no number to reach anyone who can say whether the report will even be ready.
