SHUT DOWN YOUR LAB....Very bad and poor service. I just gave one routine report which takes not more than 3-4 hours to get the report and receive on same day. But these fellows did not give my reports from 1 and half day. I missed my dctr appointment due to them. Pathetic. I called there customer careany a times but I just get 1 reply your report is in progress and we have raised a concern. Like gross. Never ever prefer them.

very difficult experience dealing with this lab. At the time of booking they promised the report at 2:30 pm 3 pm the person who collected and promised the report time washed his hands off, said he is done for the day Got diverted to the lab, absolutely of no use... no regard for customer... if you can avoid this place, please avoid.. they will promise anything to get the sample... but deliver the report when they want to...
