The first time when I got my tests done at Dr. Lal's, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, response and services. Unfortunately, the second time experience was rather unpleasant. I scheduled a blood test and was quoted a price which I agreed to pay. However, the following morning when I called up I was informed that I'll have to pay for home collection service as well. As the prices at Dr. Lal's are pretty reasonable, It'll be nice if they stop charging for home collection.
I have been getting my blood work done from Lal Path labs Chandanagar branch for many years now..... From scheduling home sample collection to receiving the reports online everything has been so convenient for me... Very polite, well mannered and skilled technicians.... Overall i am very satisfied with their service...
They collected samples promptly, however they did not follow proper hygiene procedures by collecting them without donning hand gloves.
Excellent service by the staff. Immediate response, very polite and nice ambiance.
