The worst experience ever with lal path labs in Delhi. The person who took the blood out was so unprofessional, he injected needle in both the arms but still couldn't take the sample out and the blood just kept on woozing and I also got a big black swelling because of that. Then he literally got on a video call aksing other people from where should I take the blood. Being a regular customer of lal path labs in Bangalore, I didn't expect such a mess in Delhi.
Have been trying since last evening to contact the lab. The recorded menu says that details and link have been sent to my number but that hasn't happened despite repeated tries. Also, called the local lab number but no one picked up the phone. Contacting the lab for a first time is not easy so I may go back to my previous lab even though Dr Lal has a great reputation
