Denied service to my son after stating because of Covid they could not have more than two adults in a room. The woman who said this was sitting in a room with four adults plus the three of us. I received a call back from the office manager Ray Hernandez following the denied service. In this phone call he stated they would no longer be seeing our son due to our insistence that both parents be present.
Dr. Reddy is an excellent doctor. She is prompt and wait is minimal. I have seen lots of doctors to try to figure out my illness. Dr. Reddy has by far been the most effective doctor I've seen. She doesn't give up when the case gets difficult. Her bedside manner is great & she's compassionate. All of her staff are also very helpful, kind, and always pleasant. They are quick to return calls or email. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Reddy and her practice.
