I would not recommend Dr Kasi to anyone. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, and I felt that she wasn't listening to me at all, as her responses often didn't make sense. She made me feel like I was wasting HER time, even though I paid her $200 for a lousy 15 minute consultation. On our follow up phone call she told me I was taking too long and she had other people waiting (it was an 11 minute phone call). Receptionist (not Trish) was VERY rude and compared her own financial status to mine when Dr Kasi REFUSED to bulk bill a follow up ultrasound which left me hundreds of dollars out of pocket. A very poor way to run a business financially - CHOOSING to place to patients under financial stress. I'm yet to see Dr Kasi's bedside manner but so far I'm not impressed with the lack of information and explanation. So far I'm feeling like she's just not interested in solving my gynocological issues!
I recently had an appointment with Dr Kasi regarding endometriosis (I had never had a Gynaecology appointment before). Within one week of the initial appointment, I was having surgery. The entire experience was so smooth, fast and stress free. Dr kasi made me feel more comfortable than most. As someone who experiences a lot of anxiety being a patient, this was excellent.
