I like my doctor. He’s attentive, thorough, and very kind. I appreciate that. The office itself is continually disorganized and slow to respond. The referral system is a mess. As a previous review mentioned - there’s some kind of functional breakdown in the office itself that makes obtaining care and referrals just a giant mess. I’ve been referred out of network a handful of times and had to take corrective action to avoid charges. Again, I love my dr. The rest is a hot mess.
Overcharges, violates HIPPA. Doesn't give adequate time for questions. I will not patronize them again.
Horrible place terrible service they give u a complete run around over and over appointment after appointment complete bullcrap save your time and money don't go there
The facility is very clean, Dr. Tavis Taylor was impressive with how he viewed my history before he seen me as a new patient. I had both of my parents transfer care to Pac Med because the wait time was minimal compared to our last practice. The medical assistants and front desk were all very friendly and I would highly reccomend this location to get a high level of care with friendly service.
Great Doctors and staff. I have never had any issues.
