rude staff and Dr's are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. In cases prescribing medication and creams with out even seeing you. When you then make a appointment to see them in 2 weeks time because the medication hasn't worked (surprisingly) your spoken to like a massive inconvenience and treated like muck on the bottom of a shoe
So disappointed with the Crown Medical Centre. Been with crown medical since they opened. Went in to make an appointment to see the doctors was told I've have to wait 3 weeks just for a consultant call. Totally unacceptable when you aren't well. I'm changing surgeries now , Crown Medical Centre is a disgrace these days.

My experience has not been good. I have Type 1 diabetes & have been consistently left to self medicate when I’m ill. In 4 years I have never met any doctor there, only nurses & paramedics. I have had sympathetic help from Louise & Mike on reception but most of the others could not show less care. Very disappointing.
Probably one of the worse surgeries we’ve ever dealt with as a family. Husband has been long term ill and can’t get to see a doctor. Online surveys , apps, consultations. Appalling even when you ask for a face to face you have to go through the people on the phone who seem to be self qualified doctors who then decide if you can or not. We are now changing surgeries.
