I love Dr.Natallie Carroll she been my doctor since I was 16,and I'm 54 now.bery loving kind caring go above & beyond with helping her patients, always explaining,& understanding.I love her she is an awesome wonderful young lady that knows her job.

Dr. Carroll was very thorough during my appointment and did not make me rushed or unheard. My only complaint is the lack of follow-up and communication. I had a scheduled follow up but she was not at the office at my scheduled time (doors lock). I called her answering service and they told me she would not be in until 2pm but appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I had other appointments that day so I could not stay and wait.
