First time visiting was today and my visit was horrible. Nurse practitioner Monica was very rude , she did not knock before entering the room. She did not introduce herself to me. She didn’t confirm my name or dob, the entire experience with her was HORRIBLE
They have great hospitality and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable and i love Dr . Monica .
