My recent experience at the surgery was extremely disappointing. Dr D Singh behaved in a manner that I found unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of listening to our concerns, he laughed at us and spoke in a dismissive way, even accusing me of “ordering him about” when I was trying to support my mother during her appointment. He also rushed me into signing a document on my mother’s behalf. As patients, we trust that our concerns will be listened to and taken seriously. Unfortunately, my mother left the surgery feeling not only physically unwell, but also mentally upset by the way she was spoken to. This is not the standard of care we expect from an NHS professional. I very happy but the problem is small. I want to book need to morning time book before I have two days before can book. I don’t know why like this new system is very difficult. Can make a good choice for customer thank you.
