Very good at what she does, listens and has been the best ENT i have ever had. and also gets you in a out very efficiently
She really is terrible!! She does not care about the patients and did not care about my son’s ear pain. Her attitude is a whole other story. She thinks she’s so good and walks in the room with her nose up high. He’s uneducated and thank god I saw another doctor.
Half my face no longer works, she took out the WRONG biopsy specimen in a lymphnode biopsy, no lymphnodes were removed... and they could care less.
We waited over a hour for our scheduled post op appointment & dr Osborn never showed up. Just received a new appointment 2.5 months away, not sure what good that does for a post op apt! I would recommend not seeing this Dr! Does surgery on my daughter & forgets everything else!! & she didn’t even take everything out she should have! She’s a joke!
