Always thoroughly examine my physical status
As a Jefferson employee I set up an appointment as a new patient. Today I received a very unprofessional phone call from the office staff telling me the doctor recommends I follow-up with my current PCP. I explained that I am a Jefferson employee and need to find a Jefferson PCP. I was very rudely told again that I have a primary doctor listed and they would be canceling my appointment with Dr. Park.
